The Eye of Wadjet, Goddess of Lower Khemet, was also referred to as the Eye of RA and the Eye of Heru. She was known as a fierce protector and mother figure to Heru along with Hathor and Nephthys who helped protect Heru, alongside his mother Auset in the Marshes of the Nile Delta, from his Uncle Set.
